ORDERING & PAYMENT

Opening order minimum: $200
Reorder minimum $100

Orders that do not meet these criteria will not be processed. Payment must be made by pre-paid check, PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex). Our products are made to order, we will charge your credit card when order ships or is out for delivery. 

PRODUCTION + INVOICING

Orders under 100 items in our Wholesale Marketplace will ship within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise specified. Please inquire about orders of more than 100 items for a projected timeline.

Please inquire about rush orders. The rush fee is 25% of the total order price.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Free US Shipping for orders $1000 and over (We ship via UPS Ground)

We will provide you a tracking number upon shipment. Dragonfly Scents & Décor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to ensure your orders are delivered to you safely.

Let us know if you have your own method of shipping and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself.

SAMPLES

Retailers located in Alabama may schedule an appointment with us via email to sample the scents in person in their shop. We also provide scent samples for free for those not local to Alabama — just let us know your shipping address and we can send those samples to you. 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns.

All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Dragonfly Scents & Décor within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
